以对羟基扁桃酸钠和尿素为原料, 在酸性条件下合成5-对羟基苯基乙内酰脲. 考察了酸的种类及浓度、反应物比例、反应温度及反应时间对产品收率的影响. 结果表明, 适宜的反应条件是: 采用3 mol/L的盐酸为催化剂, n(对羟基扁桃酸钠) :n(尿素)=1 :4, 反应温度90 ℃, 反应时间5~6 h, 产品收率可达到82.8% |

In the presence of acid, the 5-( p -hydroxyphenyl)hydantoin was synthesized using the sodium p -hydroxymandalate and urea as main materials. Effect of type of acid, ration of reactant, temperature and time on yield were investigated. Under the suitable reaction conditions:HCl of catalyst, 3 mol/L, n (sodium p -hydroxymandalate) : n (urea)=1 :4, reaction temperature 90 ℃, reaction time 5~6 h, the yield of the product could reach 82.8% |
