文摘 硫氧化还原酶(Sulfur oxygenase/reductase,SOR)在嗜热酸古菌硫氧化代谢中具有关键性作用,其催化机理和分子工程等都得到广泛关注.对SOR所涉及的亚基进行分子同源建模研究,并评估其可用性,通过1)序列相似性搜索,2)序列和结构比对,3)初始建模,4)分析和评估.5)精修和优化获得未知三维结构SOR的三维模型.同时讨论了此类蛋白质结构建模、评估策略、特征数据提取等.图3表4参l9
其他语种文摘 Sulfur oxygenase/reductase (SOR) plays a key role in oxidative metabolism of sulfur acid by thermophilic archaea Its catalytic mechanism and molecular engineering are concerned widely. In this paper, the modeling and evaluation of the subunits of SORs were processed. The steps of homology modeling are as follows: 1) Search of protein sequence similarity 2) alignment of sequence and structure ; 3) initial modeling; 4) simulation of refinement and molecular dynamics (MD); and 5) evaluation of the optimized model. This paper also discusses the modeling, evaluation and characterized data for SORs Fig 3, Tab 4, Ref 19
