土地利用变化与优化配置的综合研究是土地科学和可持续发展的重要议题,我国滨海盐碱地是重要的后备土地资源,研究其利用变化与优化对于缓解人地矛盾,改善生态环境和促进可持续发展具有战略意义.本文制定了滨海盐碱地盐化程度分级分类标准,提出了依据区域盐碱程度和耕层土壤全盐含量进行土地利用优化的对策和"台田-浅池"优化利用模式.黄骅1986年-2006年间土地利用变化剧烈,耕地增加14.31%,建设用地增长93.95%,未利用地减少23.07%.2006年,黄骅非盐碱耕地、轻度、中度、重度以上盐碱耕地分别占耕地面积的54.67%、27.01%、12.55%和5.77%.盐碱地开垦是黄骅耕地增长的主要方式.黄骅实施"台田-浅池"模式后,耕地面积降为28.7%.沼泽湿地和盐碱草地增加,可收到生态安全与生产高效的效果.研究成果可为滨海盐碱地资源的持续利用管理提供科学依据. |

Integrated research on Land use change and its optimization is an important issue in the fields of land science and sustainable development. China's coastal saline land could be important reserved land resources in the future. To this end, investigation of coastal saline land change and its optimization would be greatly helpful for mitigation of human-land contradictions and the improvement of ecological environment as well as sustainable development. In the present paper, first, the necessity and importance on coastal saline land use change and its optimization were analyzed in detail. A coastal saline land classification criterion was then proposed based on varying salinity degrees the soil suffers from. Finally, related ideal and actual measures needed to be taken for land use optimization were put forward in terms of regional salinity levels and salt contents of topsoil. The optimized land use model termed the 'raised field- shallow pond' pattern for saline-alkali land in coastal zones was presented. Field observations showed that the pattern can significantly reduce the salt content in soil where a stable and suitable arable layer environment is provided for crop growth. Based on GIS and remote sensing techniques, the land use change of Huanghua County was successfully detected and land use optimization scenarios were simulated with the 'raised field- shallow pond' pattern. Results indicated that the land use pattern changed dramatically from 1986 to 2006, showing an 14.31% increase in arable land and a 93.95% increase in construction land, whereas unused land reduced by 23.07%. It was estimated that arable land converted from the saline-alkali soil increased 35.8 × 10~3hm~2, which was 3.5 times of total increases in arable land during this period. In addition, it was suggested that the saline-alkali land reclamation was basically a major form of increases in arable land in Huanghua County. The soil salt content in Huanghua County exhibited belt and patch spatial distributions, generally decreasing from the northeast to the southwest. It was also shown that the soil salinity in the east was higher than that in the west. The nearer to the shore, the higher soil salt content was observed, vice versa. In the year 2006, the non-saline-alkali land, the saline lands categorized as the mild, moderate and severe salinity levels were found to be 54.67%, 27.01%, 12.55% and 5.77%, respectively, for which the saline lands of mild and moderate degrees accounted for 40% of the total saline-alkali land area. After the implementation of the ' raised field - shallow pond' pattern in Huanghua County, its arable land area decreased to 28.7% and wetlands and saline grasslands increased to 38.62%, which could be indicative of achieving ecological safety and maintaining relatively high production efficiency as well. |
