This paper first briefly introduces the basic principles of meta-search engine and its appli-cation in crisis information monitoring. And then,the paper constructs the architecture framework of the crisis information monitoring system based on recta-search engine (CIMS_ME). In addition,the paper further discusses five essential technical issues in implementing CIMS_ME: such as search engine se-lection strategy,document selection strategy,time extraction methods and so on,which provide a theo-retical and technical support for the realization of CIMS ME. |
