纯钛表面激光硼化及其摩擦学性能
Tribological Properties of TiB2 Coatings Produced by Laser Surface Boronizing on Pure Ti

利用激光合金化技术在纯钛表面制备了TiB_2合金化层.用XRD和SEM分析了合金化层的组成和组织结构.在CSM栓-盘摩擦磨损试验机上对钛及合金化层的摩擦磨损性能进行测试.结果表明:合金化层的主要成份是TiB_2,合金化层表层的组织结构主要为柱状晶,合金化层的显微硬度达到1600HV_(0.1),TiB_2合金化层的耐磨性能优于纯钛. |

TiB_2 coatings were prepared on pure Ti by laser surface boronizing.Crystalline phase and microstructure of the coatings were analyzed by X-ray diffractometry(XRD) and Scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Tribological properties were examined using pin-on-disk tester under dry sliding conditions.It has been found that the coatings were composed of TiB_2 phases,the crystal structure of the coatings is sticklike and the coatings have high surface micro-hardness(1600HV_(0.1)).The coatings have excellent wear resistance compared to pure Ti under dry sliding wear conditions. |
