文摘 利用动电位极化曲线和交流阻抗谱等电化学测量技术研究了Q235钢表面原位生长的α-FeOOH膜在0.25mol/L Na_2SO_4+10~(-4)mol/L NaCl、0.25 mol/L Na_2SO_4+10~(-3)mol/L NaCl、0.25 mol/L Na_2SO_4+10~(-2)mol/L NaCl水溶液中的电化学性能.在不同浓度的Cl~-溶液中α-FeOOH膜对侵蚀性离子的作用机制.结果表明,Q235钢表面原位生长的α-FeOOH膜在10~(-4)mol/L到10~(-2)mol/LCl~-浓度范围内,对基材均无保护作用;但当Cl~-含量为10~(-2)mol/L时,α-FeOOH膜的膜电阻及转移电阻皆比低氯离子浓度的要大,此时α-FeOOH膜表现出一定的抗腐蚀能力.
其他语种文摘 In this paper,the electrochemical characteristics of an in-situ formed α-FeOOH film on Q235 steel have been investigated by means of potentiodynamic polarization and EIS measurements in several Cl~- containing solutions such as 0.25 mol/LNa_2SO_4 + 10~(-4) mol/LNaCl,0.25 mol/LNa_2SO_4 + 10~(-3) mol/ LNaCl and 0.25 mol/LNa_2SO_4 + 10~(-2) mol/L NaCl. The results indicate that the α-FeOOH film formed in situ on Q235 provides no protectiveness to the steel substrate in a solution with 10~(-4) mol/L Cl~-. When the Cl~- concentration reached to 10~(-2) mol/L, the R_(film) and R_t of the in-situ formed α-FeOOH film on Q235 were larger than those in solutions with lower Cl~- concentration, in such case the film shows protectiveness to the substrate steel to some extent.
