疼痛的心理学治疗方法

疼痛严重危害患者的生理和心理健康,常常伴有心理或精神改变,甚至造成功能障碍.因此,一旦通过评估手段确诊了疼痛,就需要采取相应的治疗措施.疼痛的治疗可以分为药理学和非药理学两种.非药理学方法中的心理干预是目前疼痛治疗中比较流行的一种手段.在大多数情况下.采用常规的镇痛药并辅以适当的心理治疗能够获得更好的镇痛效果.在此,我们将对急、慢性疼痛治疗中常用的一些心理干预手段进行简要阐述. |
