药物成瘾是以强迫性觅药和用药为行为特征的慢性复发性脑病.Homer蛋白家族是新近发现的突触后密度体蛋白家族成员之一.已有研究表明,急性可卡因给药会诱导大鼠伏核Homer1a表达迅速上调[1].近来的研究进一步证明,Homer蛋白能够响应环境变化而升高或降低,并通过这种方式参与成瘾性药物所诱导的神经可塑性变化以至成瘾行为的形成过程[2].由此可见,Homer蛋白可作为一种关键分子参与药物成瘾的过程.本文将简述Homer蛋白与药物成瘾之间的关系. |
