成瘾药物相关环境线索的条件性强化作用与机制

成瘾药物相关的用药场所、随身物品等环境刺激伴随成瘾药物反复呈现,从而成为药物相关线索,又称条件性刺激(CS),成为条件性强化物,能够维持并增强成瘾者的觅药和用药行为.即使在用药行为消退后的相当长的时间,条件性刺激仍保持这种条件性强化属性,可以使已经消退的用药行为复发,即药物相关线索诱发成瘾复吸[1-2]. |
