In order to solve the system integrating problem between the Enterprise＇s ERP and CRM which are seperated information system islands at present,this paper introduces a SOA solution intending to build a bridge to cover the gap of the two different IT infrastructure, and to advocate the service oriented solution, which will provide the flexiblility for enterprises to change their business process quickly and swiftly, facilitate enterprises to make full use of their in ternal and external resources,and optimize the overall management. |
