Development of experimental study on laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy in quantitative analysis of material

文摘 介绍了激光诱导击穿光谱技术(LIBS)的工作原理,综述了LIBS定量分析物质成分的方法及多种实验参数对LIBS分析性能的影响。将LIBS的定量分析方法分成两类:基于定标曲线的定标方法和不基于定标曲线的自由定标方法,介绍了两种方法各自的原理和特点。在实验参数方面,主要考察了激光器参数、观测时间、环境气体种类和压力、光谱检测设备等实验参数对LIBS分析性能的影响。
其他语种文摘 The fundamental, primary methods for quantitative analysis and influence of experimental parameters on analytic performance of the laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) are reviewed. The primary quantitative analysis methods of LIBS are classified into two types, one is the calibration method based on calibration curves and the other is the calibration-free method without using calibration curves. The principles and characteristics of the two methods are described. In addition, the influence of experimental parameters on analytic performance, such as lasers, intervals of observation, types and pressures of ambient gases, and spectral detectors, are investigated respectively.
