角蒿中的环己乙醇类化学成分研究

利用Sephadex LH-20及硅胶等柱色谱技术从药用民族植物角蒿(Incarvillea dissectifoliola Q.S.Zhao)的根茎中分离得到了11个环己乙醇类化合物。经理化数据对照和波谱分析,确定它们的结构分别为rengyolone(1),(3aS,6R)-2,3,3a,6,7,7a-hexahydrobenzofuran-3a,6-diol(2),(3aR)-hexahydro-3a—hydroxybenzofuran-6(2H)-one(3),(3aR,6R)-octahydrobenzofuran-3a,6-diol(4),(3aR,6S)-octahydrobenzofuran-3a,6-diol(5),4-hydroxy-4-(2-hydroxyethyl)cyclohexanone(6),(3aS,4S)-hexahydro-3a,4-dihydroxybenzofuran-6(2H)-one(7),(3aR,4S)-hexa—hydro-3a,4-dihydroxy benzofuran-6(2H)-one(8),rengyol(9),isorengyol(10)和rengyosideB(11)。这11个化合物均为首次从角蒿中分离得到。化合物4,5,6,7,8,9,10的细胞毒活性未见报道,对它们的细胞毒活性进行了测定,结果表明它们对HL-60细胞株的IC_(50)分别为102,44.7,24.6,98.0,47.8,25.3,92.3和47.2μmoL/L。 |

Eleven compounds were isolated and purified from the roots of Incarvillea dissectifoliola Q.s. Zhao by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. On the basis of spectroscopic evidences and physiochemical properties, their structures were identified as rengyolone ( 1 ), ( 3aS, 6R) -2,3,3a, 6,7,7a-hexahydrobenzofuran- 3 a,6-diol ( 2 ), ( 3 aR) -hexahydro-3 a-hydroxybenzofuran-6 ( 2 H ) -one (3), ( 3 aR, 6R ) -octahydrobenzofuran-3 a, 6-diol (4), ( 3 aR, 6S ) -octahydrobenzofuran-3 a, 6-diol ( 5 ), 4-hydroxy-4- ( 2-hydroxyethyl ) cyclohexanone ( 6 ), ( 3 aS, 4S) -hexahydro-3a, 4-dihydroxybenzofuran-6 ( 2H ) -one ( 7 ) , ( 3aR, 4S ) -hexahydro-3a, 4-dihydroxy benzofuran-6 (2H) -one (8), rengyol (9), isorengyol (10) 和 rengyoside B ( 11 ). All compounds are isolated from the plant for the first time. Compounds 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 showed somewhat cytotoxicity against HL-60 cell line in vitro with IC_(50) valves of 102, 44. 7, 24. 6, 98.0, 471 8, 25.3, 92.3 and 47.2 μ mol/L, respectively. |
