负载型PCC和PDC氧化剂的制备及对1,4-丁二醇的氧化

制备得到各种有代表性的氯铬酸吡啶(PCC)和氯重铬酸吡啶(PDC)无机载体氧化试剂,控制各载体氧化剂中氧化剂的负载量PCC为1.8mmol/g,PDC为0.9mmol/g,以1,4-丁二醇的选择性氧化成4-羟基丁醛为探针反应,为计算氧化效率,氧化结束后向体系内加入2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNP),得到4-羟基丁醛-2,4-二硝基苯腙(DNPde-rivative)。考察了载体、反应条件对氧化反应的影响。30℃下反应60min,4-羟基丁醛.2,4-二硝基苯腙的收率为:PCC/活性炭73.0%,PCC/氧化铝82.0%,PCC/硅胶85.0%,PCC80.0%;PDC/活性炭62.0%,PDC/氧化铝73.0%,PDC/硅胶78.0%,PDC63.0%。硅胶是制备负载氧化剂的优良载体,可以有效提高氧化效率。 |

Some typical inorganic carders were used to support PCC and PDC as oxidants, the activity of the supported oxidants was evaluated in the selective oxidation reaction of 1,4-butanedlol to 4-hydmxybutanal. For determining stoichiometry ,4-hydroxybutanal 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNP) derivative were prepared. The effects of the kinds of carriers as well as the reaction conditions on the activity of PCC were investigated. The yield was investigated to be 73.0% (PCC/activated carbon) ,82.0% (PCC/AI_2O_3 ), 85.0% ( PCC/silica gel), 80.0% (PCC) ; 62.0% ( PDC/activated carbon) ,73.0% ( PDC/A1_20_3 ), 78.0% ( PDC/silica gel), and 63.0% ( PDC ), when the reaction was carried out with the content of PCC or PDC of 1.8 mmol/g, and the stirring time of 60 min at 30 ℃. Silica gel is a good carder for PCC or PDC. It can improve oxidation efficiency. |
