Studies on Flavonoids from Helichrysum arenarium

目的 对沙生蜡菊[Helichrysum arenarium(L.)Moench]全草中的黄酮类成分进行分离鉴定。方法 通过大孔树脂、硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20等方法分离提纯,利用UV,~1H—NMR,~(13)C-NMR等光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果 分离得到9个黄酮单体化合物,分别鉴定为:山柰酚(kaempferol,Ⅰ)、槲皮素(quercetin,Ⅱ)、芹菜素(apigenin,Ⅲ)、柚皮素(naringenin,Ⅳ)、木犀草素(luteolin,Ⅴ)、蒙花苷(linarin,Ⅵ)、柯伊利素(chrysoeriol,Ⅶ)、4’,5,7-三羟基-3',6-二甲氧基黄酮(jaceosidin,Ⅷ),4’,3,5,7-四羟基-3,6-二甲氧基黄酮(spinacetin,Ⅸ)。结论 化合物Ⅵ~Ⅸ为首次从该属植物中分得。 |

OBJECTIVE To separate and identify the flavonoids from the whole plant of Helichrysum arenarium (L.)Moench. METHODS The column chromatography ( including AB -8 macroporous resin, silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH -20 ) were used to separate constituents whose structures were elucidated by UV, ~1H-NMR, ~(13)C-NMR spectral data. RESULTS Nine compounds were elucidated as kaempferol( Ⅰ ), quercetin( Ⅱ ), apigenin( Ⅲ ), naringenin( Ⅳ ), luteolin( Ⅴ ), linarin(Ⅵ), chrysoeriol( Ⅶ), jaceosidin( Ⅷ), spinacetin( Ⅸ ). CONCLUSION Compound Ⅵ - Ⅸ were isolated and identified form Helichrysum arenarium for the first time. |
