辛酸和乙醇在单相微乳液中的酯化反应研究

绘制了十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)/辛酸/乙醇/水体系的拟三元相图,系统研究了在DBSA为表面活性剂的单相微乳液体系中辛酸和乙醇的酯化反应。分别讨论了醇酸摩尔比、反应温度、DBSA及水的质量分数对单相微乳液体系催化酯化反应的影响。结果表明单相微乳液是一个理想的酯化反应体系。在该体系中,当n(辛酸):n(乙醇)=1:2,ω(DBSA)=5%-10%,ω(H_2O)≤20%,反应达平衡时,酯化率均可达到80%以上。最后还对不同链长的醇酸在该体系中的酯化反应进行了研究,结果表明此体系同样适用于长链醇酸的酯化反应。 |

Pseudo-ternary phase diagram of the dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid (DBSA) /octanoic acid/ ethanol/water system was established and on the basis of the phase diagram, the esterification of octanoic acld with ethanol in single-phase microemulsion system was studied. Impact of molar ratio of acid to alcohol, reaction temperature, dosage of DBSA and water content on the reaction conversion were investigated separately. Experimental results showed that single-phase microemulsion is an effective reaction system for esterification. The optimal experiment results are : n (octanoic acid) : n (ethanol) = 1 : 2, w (DBSA) = 5 %-10%, ω(H_2O)≤20%. When the esterification reaction reached equilibrium, the conversion is over 80%. The esterification of other fatty acids and alcohols with long carbon chain in such system were also studied with similar results obtained. |
