目的研究社会比较和控制感对工作倦怠三个因素的影响作用,以及工作倦怠对工作绩效的影响。方法通过对武警院校458名教师的调查,运用结构方程技术,探讨工作倦怠的前因变量(社会比较、控制感)和结果变量(任务绩效水平)。结果经过结构方程模型技术探索和验证所得的模型表明,控制感越高,工作倦怠的三个维度(情绪衰竭、玩世不恭和成就感低落)越低(路径系数分别为-0.27,-0.28和-0.15);同时成就感低落得分越低,任务绩效水平就越高(路径系数为-0.30)。结论个体的控制感能够影响个体的工作倦怠水平,进而影响到任务绩效水平。 |

Objective To explore antecedents (social comparison and perceived control) and outcomes ( incumbents'level of task performance) of job burnout. Methods Using data collected from 458 teachers in colleges of Armed Police, Structural Equation Modeling was applied to explore and confirm a model of this nomological network. Results The results showed that perceived control was negatively and significantly related to the three dimensions of job burnout used in this study, namely emotional exhaustion, cynicism and reduced personal accomplishment. Moreover, reduced personal accomplishment was negatively and significantly associated with task performance. Conclusion Individuals'perceived control can impact the level of job burnout, which in turn influence self-rated job performance. |
