现有的活性污泥数学模型结构复杂、参数众多,直接用于污水处理的系统仿真有一定的困难.针对这一问题,对活性污泥1号模型ASM1面向应用进行合理的简化,得到适合描述活性污泥推流式工艺碳去除过程的模型ASP-CR.该模型的组分、反应过程和参数的数量都大大减少,并对溶解氧组分进行了特殊处理-用现场的测量值代替预测值.基于该模型建立了污水处理仿真系统,解决了数据转换和参数校正的问题.通过对海城污水处理厂处理过程的实时模拟,验证了系统的正确性和实用性. |

Because of the complex structure and too many parameters of existing mathematical models for activated sludge process, it is difficult to directly apply the models in the simulation systems of wastewater treatment. In order to solve the problem, the model of Activated Sludge Model No.1 (ASM1) was reasonably simplified for application. The model ASM-CR (Activated Sludge Model-Carbon Removal) was developed which is suitable for describing the process of carbon removal in the plug-flow activated sludge process. The numbers of the components, the biological processes and the parameters considered in ASP-CR were greatly reduced. The component of dissolved oxygen was specially treated-the predicted concentration was replaced by the measured concentration. Based on the model, the simulation system of wastewater treatment was developed. And the issues of data converting and parameters calibrating were settled. The simulation of the wastewater treatment in Haicheng Wastewater Treatment Plant proves the feasibility and validity of the system. |
