文摘 微化学工程与技术着重研究微时空尺度内的微型设备和并行系统中的过程特征和规律.由于特征尺度的微型化,表(界)面作用增强,传递作用较常规尺度的设备中提高了2~3个数量级.开展微化工技术研究旨在增强化工过程安全性、促进过程强化和化工系统小型化,提高能源、资源利用效率,达到节能降耗之目的;其成功开发与应用将对化学化工领域产生重大影响.本文将讨论微化学工程与技术的最新研究进展.
其他语种文摘 Microchemical technology is a new direction originating in the early 1990s.This technology focuses on the study of the chemical engineering process properties and principles of the microchemical devices and micro chemical systems.Because of the small dimension of the micro devices,the specific surface area increases,the surface effect is enhanced,and the effect of transportation(flow,heat transfer and mass transfer) lead to a remarkable increase of transfer rates,which exceed those of conventional-sized devices by 2-3 orders of magnitude.The application of microchemical technology can improve greatly the efficiency of systems and diminish their volumes and weights.The application of microchemical technology will make a great effect on the whole field of chemical Engineering.The recent advance on microchemical engineering and technology will be discussed in this paper.
