Chemical Constituents of Nitraira tangutorum Seed from Qaidam Basin
柴达木盆地唐古特白刺种子的化学成分研究

文摘 Six compounds were isolated from the 75% ethanol extract of Nitraria tangutorum seed.On the basis of spectroscopic methods including 1H NMR,13C NMR and ESI-MS and comparison with literature,their structures were elucidated as daucosterol(1),4-hydroxypipecolic acid(2),quercetin(3),allantoin(4),1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-methyl-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid(5) and L-tyrosine(6).Compounds 1,2,3,5 and 6 were isolated from Nitraria tangtorum for the first time.
其他语种文摘 从唐古特白刺种子75%乙醇提取物中分离得到6种化合物,应用波谱方法及与文献对照的手段鉴定为:胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,1),4-hydroxypipecolic acid(2),槲皮素(quercetin,3),尿囊素(allantoin,4),1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-methyl-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid(5),L-tyrosine(6).除槲皮素外的其他五种化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.
