应用超声波探测抽油杆疲劳裂纹扩展时的深度a, 通过室内实验找出D级抽油杆裂纹深度a和裂纹宽度c之间的比趋向于0.78, 简化后可直接研究超声波信号V和裂纹深度a之间的关系, 从而用V-a关系估算有疲劳裂纹D级抽油杆的剩余寿命, 避免杆断带来的经济损失. |

The supersonic inspector is used to measure crack depth of sucker rod during fatigue crack growth.The experimental results show that ratio a/c(a——depth of crack and c——width of crack) is approximative 0.78.Then the V—a(V——signal of supersonic) relation can used to calculate residual life of the sucker rod.The variance regularity of leading edge of crack growth is studied from endurance test of sucker rods.The relationship between depth and area of crack is obtained.Then,the formula calculating residual life of sucker rod from crack area is given.The Paris formula is used to establish the relation of ultrasonic inspection and crack depth,and the relation of crack detection signal and crack growth.The predicted results by proposed method of residual life using simulated test are agreed well with the predicted those by the theory. |
