从云南民间药用植物山敲骨(Pseuderanthemum latifolim(vahl)B.Hansen)的茎叶中分离得到8个化合物,经波谱分析鉴定为尿囊素(allantoin,1),7,4'-二羟基黄酮(7,4'-dihydroxyflavone,2),5,4'-二羟基-7甲氧基黄酮(5,4'-dihydroxy-7-methoxyflavone,3),5,6-二羟基-3',4',7,8-四甲氧基黄酮(5,6-dihydroxy-3',4',7,8-tetramethoxyflavone,4),sitoindoside I(5),antirrinoside(6),stigmasterol(7),stigmasterol-3β-O-glucopyranoside(8). |

Eight compounds were isolated from Pseudercuithemum latifolim (Vahl) B. Hansen, which was used as folk medicine in Yunnan.They were identified as aUantoin (1),7,4'- dihydroxyflavone(2),5,4'-dihydioxy-7-inetijoxyflavone (3) ,5,6-dihy-droxy - 3',4' ,7,8 - tetraniethoxyflavone (4), sitoindoside 1(5), antirrinoside (6) , stigmasterol(7) ,and stigmasterol-3β-O-glu-copyranoside(8) , on the basis of spectroscopic methods. |
