目的研究亮光钹菌Coltricium nitidum子实体的化学成分。方法氯仿-甲醇混合溶剂（1：1）浸泡提取，浓缩提取液，所得浸膏经硅胶、反相硅胶（RP-8）、Sephadex LH-20、D101大孔树脂、MCI树脂等多种材料进行分离，并通过波谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了8个化合物，分别为3-羟基丁酰胺（Ⅰ）、邻苯二酚（Ⅱ）、肉齿菌素A（sarcodonin A，Ⅲ）、24-亚甲基-羊毛甾-7，9（11）-二烯-3-醇（Ⅳ）、麦角甾-5，8-过氧-6，22-二烯-3-醇（V）、麦角甾-5，7，22-三烯-3-醇（Ⅵ）、麦角甾-7，22-二烯-3p葡萄糖苷（Ⅶ）、（4E，8E）-Ⅳ-D-2’-hydroxy—palmitoyl-1-O-β-D-glycopyranosyl-9-methyl-4，8-sphingadienine（Ⅷ）。结论所有化合物均为首次从该高等真菌中获得。 |

Objective To study the chemical constituents of Coltricium nitidum. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, RP-8, MCI gel, and D101 macroporous resin. Their structures were elucidated by spectral methods. Results The compounds were isolated and identified as 3- hydroxybutanoic amide （Ⅰ）, 1, 2-bezenediol （Ⅱ）, sarcodonin A （Ⅲ ）, 24-methylene-3-ol-lanosta-7, 9 （11）-dien （ Ⅳ ）, ergost-5, 8-epidioxy-6, 22-dien-3-ol （ V ）, ergosta-5, 7, 22-trien-3-ol （ Ⅵ ）, ergosta-7, 22-dien-3β-ol-glycoside （ Ⅶ ）, and （ 4E, 8E ）-N-D-2＇-hydroxy-palmitoyl-l-O-β-D-glyco-pyranosyl-9-methyl-4,8-sphingadienine（Ⅷ）. Conclusion All the compounds are isolated from this high fungus for the first time. |
