几种盐沉积和微量S02对AZ91D镁合金大气腐蚀的协同作用
Synergetic effect of soluble salts and SO2 on atmospheric corrosion of diecast AZ91D magnesium alloy

文摘 在实验室模拟条件下(25℃,85%±5%RH),通过失重法、扫描电镜、傅立叶红外光谱和X射线衍射研究了可溶盐和SOz对AZ91D镁合金大气腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:可溶盐和SO2气体均能明显地加速AZ91D镁合金的腐蚀,而且两者之间对其腐蚀具有协同作用。对其腐蚀机理和协同作用进行了讨论。
其他语种文摘 The atmospheric corrosion behavior of diecast AZ91D magnesium alloy deposited with different salts and in the presence of SO2 (25 ℃ and 850%±5 % RH) was studied by gravimetry, Fourier transform infrared spectroscope, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The result shows that there is synergetic effect o the soluble salts and SO2. Both the soluble salts and SO2 can accelerate the atmospheric corrosion of AZ91D magnesium alloy. The synergetic effect of the soluble salts and SO2 may enable the atmospheric corrosion of metallic materials greater than that caused by single component of the two respectively.
