提出了基于小波包分析的三维宽场显微图像复原新方法.分析了小波包分析在信号去噪中所具有灵活精确的局部解析能力;简述了具有较强超分辨复原能力的最大似然法(PML法).采用小波包分析进行去噪预处理,再用PML算法对三维图像进行复原.实验结果表明,三维宽场显微图像散焦信息的干扰得到有效排除,噪声得到有效抑制,信噪比得到明显改善,图像复原获得了较好的效果. |

Proposes a new method for the restoration of 3D image of wide-field microscope based on wavelet packet analysis denoising. Flexibility and the precise ability of local analysis in wavelet packet analysis during signal denoising are analyzed. The maximum-likelihood image-restoration algorithm (PML) is depicted as having super-resolution restoration ability. The wavelet packet is adopted to make denoising pretreatment first, and then the 3D image is restored by the PML algorithm. Experimental results show that the disturbance from the out-of-focus light in 3D microscopic images is greatly suppressed, noise effectively restrained, the definition and the SNR are obviously improved, and better effect of image restoration is obtained. |
