冷水七根茎的化学成分研究

目的：研究风仙花科凤仙花属植物冷水七Impatiens pritzellii var．hupehensis根茎中的化学成分。方法：利用硅胶柱色谱分离纯化，并根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果：从冷水七根茎中得到5个化合物，分别鉴定为α-菠菜甾醇(α-spinasteml，Ⅰ)，α-菠甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(α-spinasteryl-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside，Ⅱ)，豆甾-7，22-二烯-3-酮(stigrrmst-7，22-dien-3-one，Ⅲ)，硬脂酸(stearic acid，Ⅳ)，三十一烷烃(hentriantane，Ⅴ)。结论：化合物Ⅰ为首次从该植物中分得，化合物Ⅱ，Ⅲ，Ⅳ，Ⅴ为首次从该属植物中得到。 |

Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the rhizome of Impalknsprilzdlii var. hupehensis. Method: The rhi-zome were extracted with methanol, isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel. AH the compounds were identified on the ba-sis of spectral analysis (including 1R, MS, NMR)and physico-chemical characters. Result: Five compounds were identified as a-spinasterol ( i ), a-spinasteryl-7, 22-dien-3-0-(3-D-glucopvranoside ( 11 ) , stigmast-7, 22-dien-3-one ( 111 ) , stearic acid (IV ), hentriantane ( V ) . Conclusion: Compound I is isolated from this plant for the first time, Compound D , HI, IV , V are isolated from genus Balsaminaceae for the first time. |
