目的研究滇产苦葛Pueraria peduncularis的化学成分.方法分离鉴定苦葛乙醇提取物中的化合物.结果从苦葛中分离鉴定了5个化合物,经光谱分析分别被鉴定为5α-豆甾-7,22-二烯-3β-醇(Ⅰ)、二十六烷酸-α-甘油酯(Ⅱ)、3β,22β,24-三羟基-齐墩果-12-烯(Ⅲ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅳ)和齐墩果酸-3β-O-葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ).结论化合物I、Ⅱ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ为首次从该植物中分离得到. |
