利用Hopkinson压杆冲击加载装置和扫描电子显微镜(SEM),对SiC骨架/Zr基非晶合金复合材料圆柱形试样进行了相关的应力-应变响应和动态断裂特征及断口形貌的研究.结果表明:SiC骨架/Zr基非晶合金复合材料的动态压缩强度随冲击压力的增大而递增,当冲击压力为0.6 MPa时,复合材料的动态压缩强度为855 MPa;断裂表面呈现典型的结晶状断口,断裂模式为脆性断裂和劈裂混合破坏模式;非晶基体在动态压缩条件下出现了显著的热软化和熔化特征. |

Dynamic mechanical properties and fracture characteristics as well as the fracture surfaces of SiC] skeleton/Zr - based amor-phous matrix composites are investigated by means of Hopkinson' s pressure bar and SEM. Tile experimental results show that the dynamic; oompressive strength of 'SiC skeleton/Zr - based amorphous matrix composites increases with the hit pressure increasing. The dynamic compressivc strength of the composites is 885 Ml'a at 0. 6 MPa hit pressure, and the failure mode is of a mixed frac-ture mode combining crystal fragile Iraelure with splitting. The typical melt and thermal - softening characteristic of Zr - based amor-phous matrix are found in the dynamic compressivc process. |
