葡萄籽低聚原花青素提取及性质分析
Separation and Properties of Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins from Grape Seeds

文摘 考察了提取温度、时间、磷酸体积分数对提取液低聚原花青素质量浓度的影响,并对提取物的理化性质作了分析.结果表明:ψ(水)=8%、ψ(磷酸)=3%的乙酸乙酯溶液作提取剂,室温下搅拌提取10 h的条件最适,所得产物颜色淡,水溶性好,聚合度值为3.8±0.2,其低聚原花青素质量分数大于70%,提取率达2.2%.
其他语种文摘 Effects of some factors, including extraction time, extraction temperature and volume fractions of phosphoric acid, on the mass concentration of oligomeric proanthocyanidins( OPCs) were studied. The physical and chemical properties of the product were analysed. Thus,with ethyl acetate solution [φ (water) =8% and φ(phosphoric acid) =3%] as extractant,stirring at room temperature for 10 h,the yield was over 2. 2% and mass fractions of OPCs were higher than 70%. The product was grayish and had good water solubility. Its degree of polymerization was 3. 8 ±0. 2.
