提出测定镍-铬-铝-钇合金粉中铝的方法.试样经硝酸-盐酸溶解后,高氯酸冒烟盐酸除铬,在pH5~6的六次甲基四胺缓冲介质中,以5-Br-PADAP、乳化剂OP和Tween-80作混合指示剂,用铜标准溶液滴定以[BF4]-置换Al-EDTA中的EDTA,间接计算出铝的含量.方法简便,终点敏锐,分析结果令人满意. |

A method for the determination of aluminium in the powder of Ni-Cr-AI-Y alloy was proposed. After the sample was dissolved with ni-tric acid and hydrochloric acid,in the buffer solution of hexamethylene tetramine at pH 5 - 6, the EDTA demasked from aluminium - EDTA com-plex by adding the solution of [BF_4]~- was titrated with copper standard solution, using the mixed indicator of 5-Br-PADAP, eraulsifier OP and Tween-80.The interference of coexisting yttrium in the certain range could be eliminated.The content of aluminium could be indirectly calculat-ed.The method was simple and the titration end-point was sharp.The analytical results were very identical with that of 1CP - AES. |
