目的:提取、分离、鉴定紫茉莉根化学成分.方法:75%乙醇冷浸提取,醋酸乙酯萃取,硅胶柱色谱分离纯化,通过理化常数和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构.结果:分离鉴定了4个化合物,分别为:尿囊素(1),二十三碳酸单甘油酯(2),beravinone(3),β-谷甾醇(4).结论:化合物(2)为新化合物,化合物(1)首次从该植物中分离得到. |

Objectiv: To investigate the chemical constituents from the root of Mirabilis jalapa. Method: Compounds were isolated from 75% ethanolic extract of the titled herb by silica gel column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated by physical and chemical evidences and spectroscopic analysis. Result: Four compounds were obtained and identified as (2,5-dioxo-imidazolidin-4-yl)-urea (1), glycerin monoeicosate(2), boeravinone(3) and β-sitosterol(4). Conclusion; Compound (2) is a new compound, and compound (1) was obtained from this plant for the firsttime. |
