该文从资源的角度，根据各种作物的经济系数，对我国各类农作物秸秆资源作了全面的估算，分析了作物秸秆资源的发展趋势和分布特点。研究结果表明，目前我国秸秆资源产量达79 454．4×10~4t，并每年以1 251．2×10~4t的速度稳步增长；作物秸秆资源分布存在地域性特点，东部农区是作物秸秆资源的主要分布区，黑龙江、河北、山东、江苏和四川是作物秸秆资源的集中分布区。对我国作物秸秆资源利用现状分析认为，每年有95％以上作物秸秆资源通过不同的利用途径转化成其他的形式而被耗散，资源浪费严重。针对作物秸秆资源利用中存在的问题提出了一些政策建议。 |

According to the economic index of straw resource calculated in terms of resource economy, overall estimation oi all sorts of crop straw is made, then, the characteristics of its distribution in China are analyzed. The results show that the yield of crop straw is 79 454.4 x 104t every year and increases steadily at a speed of 1 251.2 X 10 I. There are regional differences in the distribution of straw resources. Agricultural districts in the eastern of China, such as Heilongjiang, Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu and Sichuan provinces, are the main areas where the crop straw resources are produced. However, the crop straw resource has not been well utilized at present. Over 95% of crop straw is transformed into different forms and decomposed in different ways every year. To solve those problems, some policies are put forward and suggestions are provided. |
