FBC中含S和CI煤燃烧下的碳钢退化研究

在实验室规模的流化床(FBC)中分别燃烧低S(0.97mass%)与低Cl(0.026mass96),甲S(1.68mass%与高C1(0.42mass%),高S(4.48 mass96)与高Cl(0.41 mass%)三种煤各1000小时后,对放置于接近沸腾床位置的A210-C碳钢管的退化情况进行了研究.结果表明,(1)碳钢退化明显受温度影响,随表面温度的升高显著加快;(2)碳钢退化明显受飞行粒子带来的冲蚀影响;(3)燃烧低S低Cl煤对碳钢的耗损影响最小,而燃烧高S高Cl煤对碳钢耗损影响最大.同时根据对腐蚀产物的观测分析,对不同煤种燃烧产生的环境中碳钢的退化机制进行探讨. |

Degradation of A210 C carbon steel was investigated after 1000 h exposure under a laboratory-scale fluidized - bed combustor (FBC) firing three different coals respectively: low S (0. 97 mass%) and C (0.026 mass %) coal, low S (1.68 mass %) and high Cl (0.42 mass %) coal, and high S (4.48 mass %) and CI (0.41 mass%) coal.There were several observations:(1) Degradation is strongly temperature dependent, which significantly increases with increase of the surface temperature of the metal, (2) erosion induced by flying particles makes a great contribution to metal recession, (3) the environment by firing the low S and low Cl coal is the slightest aggressive, while the one firing the high S and high Cl coal is the most corrosive. Morphological evidences obtained in the work are helpful to interpret the effect of the coal - fired atmospheres on the recession of the carbon steel. |
