比较3种种打破滇青冈种子体眠方法的结果表明，经40℃处理后的效果最好，发芽率达74.5%。100mg·L~-1的赤霉互浸种处理的次之，发工时率为70.2%。种子种皮切伤和支队种皮后，发芽率增大，分别为96.0%和95.0%，并提早5d萌发。种子抑制物质实验的结果显示，滇青冈种子的内种皮和种仁含有抑制种子萌发的物质。 |

The efficiencies of three treatment methods for breaking dormancy seed of Cyclobalanopsis glaucoides were compared. The treatment with 40℃ was the optimum for breaking dormancy of seed, and the germination rate was 74.5%. The seeds soaking in 100mg·L~-1 GA_3 also promoted the seed germination (70.2% ). Incisive and removed seed coat were effective in raising the germination rates (96.0% and 95.0% respectively). The germination time was shortened by 5 d in comparison with control. |
