Study on synthesis of mixed oxide SrFeCo_(0.5)O_z by citrates sol-gel method

文摘 柠檬酸溶胶凝胶法结合微波加热合成SrFeCo_(0.5)O_x混合导体氧化物。采用XRD, TEM以及DTA方法研究与分析了不同条件下粉末样品的物相组成和形貌。结果说明:在燃料剂/氧化剂摩尔比α = 0.64,经550 ℃焙烧得到单相钙钛矿氧化物,氧化物为10 nm左右球形颗粒,尺寸分布均匀;焙烧温度升高到850 ℃氧化物晶体结构无变化,颗粒尺寸明显长大,但是形状不变。850 ℃短时间的微波焙烧可以使样品的物相组成单一化,而且粉末颗粒没有剧烈长大和团聚。
其他语种文摘 Mixed conducting oxide SrFeCo_(0.5)O_z powders were prepared by nitrate sol- gel method combined with microwave heating. The crystal structure and morphology of calcined powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and the decomposition process of the gel was investigated by DTA experiments. It is concluded that the single phase perovskite Sr - Fe - Co - O oxides can be prepared at 550 ℃ with the molar ratio of fuel/oxidizer a=0. 64. The particles obtained are of 10 ran grade and the size is uniformly distributed . As the calcined temperature increased up to 850 ℃ , the structure of the sample is kept the same, and the particle size is obviously increased up to 100 nm whereas there is no changes in the shape of particles. The oxide can be obtained by using microwave heating at 850℃ in short time without dramatic growth of particles and conglomeration. The polymerization reaction of citrates sol -gel and the effect of some parameters are discussed simultaneously.
