A new clock-feedthrough(CFT) compensation technology for switched-current circuits is described. This technology cancels both the constant and signal dependent clock-feedthrough terms. With the same transistor dimensions and process con-dition, HSPICE results indicate that the error current of the proposed switched-current memory cell is about 100 times less than the basic switched-current memory cell. |
