利用电化学阻抗谱技术,研究了H2O在不同颜料体积浓度(PVC)环氧涂层中的传输行为,计算出H2O在不同PVC环氧涂层中的扩散系数,并分析了PVC对H2O在环氧涂层中传输行为的影响。结果表明,在0.5mol/LNaCl水溶液中,N2O在不同PVC环氧涂层中传输的起始阶段满足菲克第二扩散定律;在所研究的PVC数值范围内,扩散系数随PVC的增大而减小。 |

The diffusing behavior of water through epoxy coatings with different pigment volume concentration (PVC) has been studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The corresponding diffusion coeffi-cients were calculated and the effect of PVC on the diffusing behavior were studied. The experiment results showed that, in 0.5 mol/L NaCl solution, the diffusion process of water through epoxy coatings with different PVC followed the second Pick diffusion law in the initial period. Within the PVC value concerned (35% ~ 50%), the diffusion coefficients decreased with increasing PVC. When PVC was less than critical pigment vol-ume concentration(CPVC), the obstruction effect by the pigment plates was the main factor influencing the dif-fusing process of water through epoxy coatings. |
