中国药用植物资源可持续管理的实践与建议
Sustainable management of medicinal plant resources in China: literature review and implications

药用植物资源的可持续利用不仅关系到人类健康和新药的开发，也关系到资源产地社区人民的生计、经济收入和传统文化的延续。当前中国药用植物资源正面临着野生资源严重枯竭、药材生产水平低、中药材品质下降和传统药用植物资源知识的流失等一系列不可持续利用的问题。该文论述了药用植物资源可持续管理的现实意义，讨论了当前中国药用植物资源可持续管理的实践活动，认为应尽怜惜建立一个系统全面的药用植物资源信息库及监测评价系统，作为药用植物资源可持续管理的科学依据，并提出了该系统的结构框架。 |

Sustainable use of medicinal plant resources, which is not only associated with people's health and development of new drugs, but also with the development of local economy and that of traditional culture. At present, in the light of sustainable development, medicinal plant resources in China nevertheless are con-fronted with a series of problems, such as endangered wild species, low output, decreased quality, and lost of traditional knowledge on medicinal plant resources. In this paper, the significance of sustainable manage-ment of medicinal plants is argued and the management practices in China are reviewed. Thus, it is suggested that it is necessary to establish a comprehensive medicinal plant resources database, upon which a resources monitoring and evaluating system can be established. Furthermore, a framework for this system, which is supposed to provide a guideline for the medicinal plant resources management in China, is presented. |
