Studies on chemical constituents in root back of Paeonia suffruticosa

目的：研究中药丹皮Paeonia suffruticosa的化学成分。方法：利用反复硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化，通过波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果：分离得到9个化合物，分别鉴定为白桦脂酸（betulinic acid,I)，白桦脂醇（betulin,Ⅱ），齐墩果酸（oleanolic acid，Ⅲ），3β，23-dihydroxy-30-norolean-12,20(29)-dien-28-oic acid(Ⅳ），芍药苷元（paeoniflorigenone,V),3-O-methylpaeonisuffral(Ⅵ），牡丹酚（paeonol,Ⅶ），6－羟基香豆素（6－hydroxycoumarin,Ⅷ）和没食子酸（gallic acid,Ⅸ）。结论：化合物I－Ⅳ和Ⅷ为首次从该植物中分离得到。 |

Object To study the chemical constituents in the root bark of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. Methods The constituents were isolated repeatedly on silica gel column chronmtography and their struc-tures were identified by spectral and chemical analysis. Results Nine compounds were isolated and identi-fied as betulinic acid (I), betulin (I), oleanolic acid (I), 3(3, 23-dihydroxy-30-norolean-12, 20(29)-dien-28-oic acid (W), paeoniflorigenone (V), 3-O-methylpaeonisuffral (VI), paeonol (M), 6-hydroxy-coumarin (VI), and gallic acid (K). Conclusion Compounds I -W , W are obtained from this plant for the first time. |
