Research Progress on Wear Behavior and Application of Ni-Ti Alloy

文摘 从Ni-Ti合金的组织结构与力学变形行为的关系出发,综合评述了该合金摩擦磨损性能和磨损机理研究进展及应用研究现状,并指出了进一步研究的主要方向。
其他语种文摘 The relation between microstructures and mechanical behavior of Ni-Ti alloys is introdued. The wear resistance, wear mechanisms, and the current state of applications of Ni-Ti alloys are reviewed. Compared with conventional wear-resistant materials, Ni-Ti alloys subjected to different modes of wear show good wear resistance. This is dominated by the unique mechanical properties of the alloys, including the pseudoelasticity for parent phase (β phase) Ni-Ti alloy and high elasticity caused by reorientation of martensite for the product phase (M phase) Ni-Ti alloy. Moreover, the future directions of further study on the wear behavior of Ni-Ti alloy are also suggested.
