文摘 抗生素的使用给畜禽健康提供了保障,但也给畜牧业的发展和食品安全带来了负面影响。抗生素替代品的研究与开发成为保证养殖业可持续发展的热点课题。本文综述了饲用抗生素替代品如酸化剂、微生态制剂、植物提取物、抗菌肽、微生物发酵饲料等功效的研究进展、存在的问题及展望,以期为畜禽生产中饲用抗生素替代品的研究与使用提供参考。
其他语种文摘 The utilization of antibiotics has ensured the well-being of livestock and poultry, yet it has also brought about adverse effects on the healthy development of animal husbandry and food safety. The exploration and advancement of antibiotic alternatives have emerged as a prominent area of research to guarantee the sustainable progress of the livestock and poultry industry. This paper provides an overview on the efficacy, research advancement, existing challenge and future prospect pertaining to feed antibiotic substitutes including acidifiers, microecological preparations, plant extracts, antimicrobial peptides and microbial fermented feed, in order to offer guidance for researching and implementing feed antibiotic substitutes in livestock and poultry production.
