山茶灰斑病病原菌的分离鉴定
Isolation andidentification of the pathogen of camellia gray spot disease

文摘 山茶(Camellia japonica)属山茶科山茶属的常绿乔木或灌木,是传统的名贵花卉之一,具有极高的经济、生态和观赏价值。随着其在园林绿化中的普遍应用和生产基地面积的不断扩大,山茶病害发生逐渐呈上升趋势,严重影响产业发展。目前已报道的主要病害有山茶炭疽病、灰斑病、褐斑病、叶斑病等,常导致较大的经济损失。近年来,国内外报道的山茶灰斑病病原主要有污斑拟盘多毛孢(Pestalotiopsis maculans)、白珠树拟盘多毛孢(P. gaultheriae) 、长刚毛拟盘多毛孢(P. longiseta)、山茶拟盘多毛孢(P. camelliae)、葡萄牙拟盘多毛孢(P. portugalica)等。
