文摘 研究发现,多种心律失常的发生呈现明显的昼夜节律,可能受到昼夜节律基因的调控。昼夜更迭和光线刺激可调节昼夜节律基因及其编码的蛋白质组成转录-翻译环路,可通过神经-体液调节和中枢钟-子钟基因表达变化共同调节心肌细胞膜离子通道,从而调控心律失常。本文主要综述昼夜节律调控心律失常的分子基础、机制和表现。
其他语种文摘 Studies have demonstrated that the occurrence of a variety of arrhythmias presents an obvious circadian rhythm, which may be regulated by circadian rhythm genes. Circadian cycle and light stimulation can affect circadian rhythm genes and proteins, which constitute a transcription-translation loop that can regulate the ion channels in myocardial cell membrane through nervous-humoral regulation and changes in central clock-subclock gene expression, thereby modulating arrhythmia. This article reviews the molecular basis, mechanism, and performance of circadian rhythm in regulating arrhythmia.
