进食障碍严重影响了患者的身心健康,其常伴随明显的躯体症状,患者也常因躯体症状长时间在相关科室进行治疗而延误了对进食障碍的诊断和治疗。进食障碍患者普遍存在消化系统症状或疾病,国内少有针对性的研究。本文重点从口腔、食管、胃、肠道、肝脏、胰腺6个方面,系统综述进食障碍的常见消化系统问题,为我国进食障碍的综合防治提出建议。 |

Eating disorders can seriously damage the physical and mental health of patients. Patients with eating disorders often show obvious somatic symptoms and frequently seek medical treatment for these symptoms. The treatment may last for months and years without a proper diagnosis of and treatment for the eating disorder, which leads to adverse effects on the patients. Gastrointestinal symptoms/diseases are common in patients with eating disorders, however, few studies have addressed this issue in China. To this end, the current study systematically reviewed the potential gastrointestinal conditions of the oral cavity, esophagus, stomach, intestine, liver and pancreas among patients with eating disorders. Suggestions have also been provided for the comprehensive prevention and treatment of eating disorders in China. |
