Depression is one of the most common affective disorders in clinic,which has a lot of negative effects on the life of patients and their families.As a representative therapy of the third wave of cognitive behavioral therapy,acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) has shown the impact on depression.This article bases on the perspective of the theoretical basis of ACT-relational frame theory (RFT),summarizes the treatment strategies and process of ACT on depression,and at the same time,points out future research directions and problems that need to be paid attention to. |
