自我控制的干预技术研究:基于双系统理论
A Study of Intervention Techniques of Self-control Based on a Dual-Systems Theory

自我控制双系理论是当前最具有影响力的行为理论之一。本文基于双系统理论框架,重点回顾自我控制的干预技术的新近研究成果。当前的研究发现改变自动情感联结和注意偏向可以有效地调节冲动系统的作用,而培养自我控制特质和执行功能训练可以有效地提高个体的自我控制能力。在未来的临床实践中,自我控制问题需要从自我控制系统和冲动系统两个角度进行考察。依据两个系统的特性,改变冲动系统需要采用更加内隐的、潜意识的、自动化的干预技术,而改变自我控制系统则需要个体有更强的动机卷入。 |

The dual system theory of self-control is one of the most popular behavioral theories. Based on the theoretical framework, the current study reviewed recent studies about the intervention techniques of self-control in health behaviors. Recent studies found that changing automatic emotional bond and attentional bias can effectively modulate the impulsive system, while other studies found that self-control trait and basic executive functions training had positive effects on self-control behaviors. In future clinical practice, the self-control should be tested from the dual system: self-control system and compulsive system. Implicit, unconscious, and automatic treatments are more useful for improving impulse system, whereas changing individual' s self-control system requires more mental effort. |
