Zirconia Ceramic Matrix High-Temperature Self-Lubricating Composites

文摘 为了解决较宽温域范围内特别是高温下材料的润滑问题,本文采用热压烧结方法制备了一系列含各种不同固体润滑剂(Mo、MoS_2、BaF_2、CaF_2、BaF_2 / CaF_2、CuO)的氧化锆基高温自润滑陶瓷复合材料。其中ZrO_2(Y_2O_3) -Mo-BaF_2 / CaF_2系列复合物在800 ~1 000℃表现出较低的摩擦因数,在1 000℃摩擦因数低至0.28左右,已接近工程应用的许用值; 另一种ZrO_2(Y_2O_3) -MoS_2 -CaF_2系列复合物同SiC 陶瓷球对磨时在800 ~1 000℃内摩擦因数为0. 30 ~0. 22,具有较好的摩擦磨损性能。
其他语种文摘 In order to develop materials with good tribological behavior at a wide temperature range (especiallyat high temperatures), a series of ZrO_2 (Y_2O_3) matrix composites which contain various of solid lubricants (Mo、MoS_2、BaF_2、CaF_2、BaF_2 / CaF_2、CuO) were prepared by hot-pressing. Among them, ZrO_2(Y_2O_3) -Mo-BaF_2 / CaF_2composites show low friction coefficient in the range of 800 to 1 000℃. At 1 000℃, the friction coefficient is 0. 28which is close to the engineering application value. The friction coefficients of the ZrO_2(Y_2O_3) -MoS_2 -CaF_2 compositesare 0. 30 to 0. 20 when sliding against SiC in the range of 800 to 1 000℃. The ZrO_2(Y_2O_3) -MoS_2 -CaF_2 compositeshave good friction and wear performance over a wide temperature range. The excellent high-temperature tribologicalbehavior was mainly attributes to the high-temperature stability of the ZrO_2 and the high lubricity of molybdatewhich formed on the worn surface at high temperature.
