为了使粘结固体润滑涂层广泛应用于高新技术领域,探讨了不同滑移速度和载荷下聚酰亚胺粘结聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)基固体润滑涂层干摩擦和油润滑时的摩擦磨损性能,并对涂层与油复合润滑的机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明:随载荷、滑移速度变化,该粘结固体润滑涂层干摩擦和油润滑下的摩擦系数均变化不大;油润滑下涂层的摩擦系数明显低于干摩擦下的;在低载(320 N)、低速(1.55 m/s)下润滑油使涂层表现出很好的摩擦磨损性能,但在高载(620 N)、高速(2.58 m/s)下润滑油反而会使涂层的摩擦磨损性能降低。 |

The friction and wear behavior of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) based bonded solid lubricating coating under dry sliding and oillubricated conditions was evaluated, and the lubrication mechanism was primarily explored. Results show that PTFE - based bonded solid lubricating coating has a much lower friction coefficient under oil lubrication than under dry sliding, and the friction coefficients under both dry sliding and oil - lubricated conditions vary slightly with varying load and sliding velocity. Under a relatively low load (320 N) and sliding velocity (1.55 m/s) , oil lubrication helped to reduce the friction and wear of the PTFE -based bonded solid lubricating coating. However, under a relatively high load (620 N) and sliding velocity (2. 58 m/s) , oil lubrication led to worsened friction and wear behavior of the coating. |
