文摘 免疫异常与神经递质改变是抑郁症产生的十分重要的因素.近年来,免疫激活产生的细胞因子对抑郁症病理过程的干预作用已成为众多学者研究的热点,亦是新型抗抑郁药的潜在靶点.免疫激活能导致谷氨酸系统和五羟色胺系统的紊乱,该文对此干预作用作一综述.
其他语种文摘 Immunological alterations and changes in neurotransmission are considered to be crucial in the pathological process of depression. An immune activation including increased production of proinflammatory cytokines has repeatedly been described in depression, which shines a clue for new anti-depression therapy. Immune activation will lead to depression through serotonin and glutamate systems. This paper is attempted to review the immune mediated alterations on serotonin and glutamate systems.
