考察了纳米SiO_2对P肌纤维力学性能的影响,并采用WAXD、FT-IR、DSC、双折射等手段对纤维的微观结构进行了表征.研究表明,纳米SiO_2的加入提高了PET纤维的力学性能,且PET/SiO_2纳米复合纤维在结晶度略有降低的情况下,非晶区取向度明显提高.非晶区取向度的提高是PET/SiO_2纤维力学性能提高的根本原因. |

The influence of SiO_2 nanoparticles on the mechanical properties of PET fiber was investigated and the structure was studied using the methods of WAXD, DSC, FT-IR, Birefringence measurements, etc. The results show that mechanical properties of PET fiber are improved through SiO_2 incorporation. The amorphous orientation factor of PET/SiO_2(PETS) fiber is higher than that of pure PET (PETO) fiber, while the crystallinity is slightly lower than PETO fiber. It is suggested that the increase of amorphous orientation factor contributes to the improvement of mechanical properties of PET fiber. The results of FT-IR indicate that incorporation of nano-SiO_2 improves the orientation degree of PET resin by in-situ polymerization, and macromolecular chains are easier to parallel orient during spin-draw processing, which contributes to the increase of amorphous orientation of PETS fiber. Thus, mechanical properties of PETS fiber are improved. |
