采用正火处理细化34MnV钢粗大珠光体组织,分析了正火温度对晶粒大小的影响,从有效晶粒尺寸和珠光体含量两个方面解释了钢的强韧性发生变化的原因.结果表明,34MnV钢经正火细化处理后组织中的珠光体含量减少,获得了晶粒细小、韧性较高的珠光体-铁素体组织.同时正火温度越低,34MnV钢中的晶粒越细小;钢中珠光体含量下降导致强度降低,但晶粒细化和铁素体含量的增加,使得冲击韧性大幅度提高. |

Normalizing treatment was employed to refine the coarse pearlite in 34MnV steel. The effect of normalizing temperature on the grain size was analyzed. The change of strength and toughness of the steel was explained from the effective grain size and pearlite fraction. The results show that the normalizing reduces the pearlite content and obtains a pearlite-ferrite structure with fine grain size and high toughness in 34MnV steel. The lower normalizing temperature leads to the finer grain size and the reduced pearlite content leads to the decreased strength, while the impact toughness of the steel is greatly enhanced by the grain refinement and the increase of the ferrite content. |
